RFID Tags
Alien Technology® manufactures a range of EPC Class 1 Generation 2 inlays and labels that are designed to deliver optimal performance in a variety of applications.
All inlays are based on Alien’s break through Alien H2 UHF RFID IC, which delivers superior sensitivity and range at the lowest per die cost in the industry. All members of the family are manufactured using Alien’s patented Fluidic Self Assembly (FSA™) process, which delivers high inlay volumes at low unit costs.
Alien inlays are designed as World Tags, delivering uniform operation globally within a +/- 1.5 db band form 806 to 960 MHz. This enables the same inlay to be used successfully at the diverse frequencies of the Americas, Europe, Asia, and Africa. Alien World Tags allow companies to manufacture products on one continent and ship the worldwide utilizing a single RFID inlay type – with the inlay exhibiting uniform behavior and consistent performance globally.
The Alien Technology® ALN-9529 Squiggle®-SQ Inlays are small,general purpose RFID inlays optimized for use in item level tagging of pharmaceuticals, high value consumables, and similar item level applications.
ALN-9540 - "Squiggle™"
The Alien Technology® ALN-9540 Squiggle® Inlays are general purpose RFID inlays optimized for use in pallet and case tagging applications. Based on Alien®’s break-through Alien H2 UHF RFID IC and innovative Squiggle antenna design, the ALN-9540 delivers industry leading EPC Gen 2 range and reliability at competitive prices. ALN-9450 inlays are also World Tag compliant,enabling inlays that operate consistently across the diverse frequencies of the Americas, Europe,
Middle East, Asia, and Africa.
ALN-9562 - "Squiggle®-SH"
The Alien World Tags are designed to operate globally within a narrowly defined performance band from 860 to 960 MHz, which enables each individual tag to be used successfully across the Americas, Europe, Asia and Africa and their unique RFID operating frequencies. Alien World Tags enable companies to manufacture products on one continent and ship them worldwide utilizing a single RFID tag type – with the tag exhibiting uniform behavior and delivering consistent performance globally. The small factor tags are ideal for demanding applications requiring a small footprint, such as item level tagging. These tags can be incorporated into packaging to leverage metal components within the packaging to extend their read range.
