The SMART SHIELD TEM/SEM Shelter is a modular, totally pre-engineered, technical room, specially designed for TEM /SEM equipment (Transmission Electron and Scanning Electron Microscopes, E-Beam writers, Semiconductor Inspection systems,…) which require an Electro Magnetic Field free environment, plus stable environmental conditions (temp., RH%, dust-free) to ensure its total accurate performance.
