The SMART SHIELD TEM/SEM Shelter is a modular, totally pre-engineered,
technical room, specially designed for TEM /SEM equipment (Transmission
Electron and Scanning Electron Microscopes, E-Beam writers, Semiconductor
Inspection systems,…) which require an Electro Magnetic Field free
environment, plus stable environmental conditions (temp., RH%, dust-free) to
ensure its total accurate performance.

Electro magnetic shielding is necessary to isolate
sensitive apparatus from the electro magnetic fields.
Whenever space is limited it may not be a viable
option to evacuate an entire room or several rooms
exposed to very high magnetic field levels.

TEMPEST is the code name for technology related to limiting unwanted
electromagnetic emissions from data processing and related equipment. Its goal
is to limit an opponent's capability to collect information about the internal data
flow of computer equipment.

The goal is to test and measure the parameters that may affect the performance of the Data Centre, in order to detect any possible risk
