technical room, specially designed for TEM /SEM equipment (Transmission
Electron and Scanning Electron Microscopes, E-Beam writers, Semiconductor
Inspection systems,…) which require an Electro Magnetic Field free
environment, plus stable environmental conditions (temp., RH%, dust-free) to
ensure its total accurate performance.

The SMART SHIELD TEM/SEM Shelter is a kit-type unit, shipped as a flatpack
kit, and very fast to set up. The TEM/SEM Shelter is the perfect match to ensure
the best long-term operation of valuable, highly sensible TEM/SEM equipment,
and ensure a clean and stable environment, therefore ensuring a fast R.O.I. and
long-life for the TEM/SEM unit.
SMART SHIELD TEM/SEM Shelter can be supplied in different configurations,
including different Options, as Ventilation/Positive Pressure duct, High Precision
Air Conditioning, etc... suitable to the Semiconductor, Biotechnology, Textile, or
any other Technological applications needs to ensure perfect analysis or
production of components.
