Keep asset records up to date and periodically take a physical inventory of assets. Data fields include barcode ID, location, department, maintenance, purchasing, warranty, lease, deprecation, information technology and 15 other user definable fields.

Barcode - Barcode your fixed assets like computers, printers and furniture. All software RedBeam software packages come with a pack of blank barcode labels that can be printed on your standard laser printer.

Scan - Print a report of barcoded count sheets that allow you to take a periodic inventory of you fixed assets. Go from location to location and mark the count sheets with each asset found.

Track - Using a cabled CCD barcode scanner, scan the data (or manually enter data) from the count sheets to update the location of your fixed assets and report on found and unfound items.
